We purchased this TV for $379 two years ago and bought a 3 year service agreement because it was so cheap. The TV itself has a good picture with great color saturation and will play HD off the cable without a cable box as long as the cable signal is strong and the channel scan works. We had to ship the TV back to the repair shop two times to get the tuner replaced when it wouldn't play HD channels anymore. When the TV was reshipped the second time, the tuner worked well, but it was lacking two of the 5 video inputs that it was supposed to have. The repair shop didn't replace the RGB and one of the HDML inputs. They must have thought that the TV owner wouldn't notice...They didn't know I have a solid electronic background. The warranty company will be paying for a 3rd repair now. Too bad the part was not good in the first place and a good quality control review in place after the second repair. Hope this is the end of the repairs....
